Summer ball housing, sorted.
Playing in a summer collegiate league and no host family? Find a sublet or teammates to room with near your field, and sublet your college room while you're gone.
Built by someone who's lived it
Submet was started by a D1 baseball player at the College of Charleston. Every summer, college players scramble for a place to live in a town they've never been to, while paying rent on an empty room back at school.
Two problems, one app
- Your college room sits empty. Sublet it for the summer to a student, intern or nurse and stop paying for nothing.
- You need a room near your summer team. Find a short-term sublet or Squad Up with teammates to split a place.
Summer leagues players travel for
Players head out for leagues like the Cape Cod League, Northwoods League, Coastal Plain League, Prospect League, New England Collegiate Baseball League, Valley League, Texas Collegiate League and many more. Some use host families, but not every player gets one, and many want their own space.
Off-season training too
Training somewhere new over winter break or the off-season? The same tools work for short stays near a facility.

Questions, answered
Do summer league teams provide housing?
Many leagues place players with host families, but it isn't guaranteed, and some players need or prefer their own place.
Can I sublet my college apartment while I play summer ball?
Usually, with landlord approval. Post it on Submet early so it fills before you leave.
Is Submet only for athletes?
No. Submet is for anyone who needs a sublet, roommate or lease takeover. Athletes are one of many groups using it.
